- "Services" refers to all services, applications, websites, and related platforms operated by the Company, including but not limited to: Atmosphere Mining Studio website and applications (compatible with Android, iOS, and selected other systems and devices, including smartwatches), and Atmosphere Mining Studio Community Portal.

2. Services and General Scope of Personal Data Processing
2.1 Description of Services
The Company provides experimental reliability data related to earthquake precursors. Registered users may store personal preferences within their user accounts, which may be synchronized across devices associated with the account. Certain real-time information services are available exclusively to registered users.

2.5.1 Account Registration. To create a user account, you must provide:

This information is required for account creation, authentication, and communication related to the Services. The legal basis for processing this data is performance of a contract. We may also use this information to analyze and improve our Services, based on our legitimate interests.
2.5.2 Social Login. Users may choose to register or log in through third-party authentication providers such as Apple, Google, or Facebook (Meta). When using social login, we may receive certain information from these providers, including: name, email address, profile information, language settings, and profile photo. The specific data received depends on the user's privacy settings with the respective provider. Users may revoke the connection between their accounts and the Services at any time.
2.5.3 Direct Marketing. Where permitted by applicable law, the Company may use your email address to send information about service updates, new features, or other relevant communications. All marketing communications will include an unsubscribe mechanism, allowing users to opt out at any time.
3. Processing of Personal Data in Specific Services
3.1 Atmosphere Mining Studio Website and Applications
Both registered and non-registered users may access the website and applications.
Non-Registered Users. For users who access the Services without creating an account: personal preferences, search history, and settings remain stored locally on the user's device. Such data is not transmitted to the Company's servers.
Crash Reports. If the application or website experiences a crash, diagnostic reports may be automatically transmitted to our servers for troubleshooting purposes and are typically deleted within one month.
Location-Based Services. Certain features may require location information in order to provide geographically relevant earthquake precursor data. Location data may be obtained via device GPS modules or IP-based geolocation. Users may disable location access through device settings. If GPS access is disabled, approximate location may be determined through IP address data.
3.2 Atmosphere Mining Studio Community
The Community platform allows users to publish and share content, including but not limited to: text posts, images, videos, ideas and suggestions, and ratings or feedback. Personal data contained in such submissions will be processed in accordance with the general provisions described in Section 2.
3.3 Atmosphere Mining Studio API
The API service allows registered users to access machine-readable earthquake precursor data. To generate an API key, users may be required to provide: project URL and application ID.
The API infrastructure may also automatically collect technical information such as: source IP address of API requests, user agent data, and service interaction metrics. Such data is used for operational security, diagnostics, and service optimization.
4. Disclosure of Personal Data
Personal data may be disclosed to:
- Authorized employees of the Company
- Infrastructure providers and hosting services
- Analytics and technical service providers
- Email delivery service providers
- Government authorities where required by law
All third-party service providers are subject to contractual obligations to protect personal data and may only process such data for the purpose of providing services to the Company.
